i dont know what this is but its snow andreas v3.5 final i dont think its needed but recomended for single player only

i thought mick said that it was allowed.  i never used it yet so i will take down the link and remove the topic within 12 hours

they though its not allowed, but i use it and with GAMI you choose parts you want  so go to cleo and untick "car spawner" and other that kind hack tools and just install
