I feel that they should be made clear:

1) Don't use offensive language against other users, don't insult anyone in your posts.
2) Do not spam
3) when applying/appealing/requesting include ALL required informations;
4) Do not post in other users mod applications, ban appeals or player reports if you don't have anything important to say and proof to back it up.
5) Use private messages to contact admins only with confidential informations or when you are asked to.
6) Before posting make sure you are posting in the correct board or your post will be deleted.
7) Check FAQ and use search before you post any questions!
8) Do not use animated or flashy images in your avatar or forum signature.
9) Administrators reserve right to delete your topic/post or ban you if you break any of the forum fules.
10) Do not post any illegal links on forum.
11) Do not abuse capital letters; do not write LIKE THIS or Like This or your post/topic will be deleted.

Users who disregard these rules will be banned from forum and/or server.
